<p>As a customer learning to dive we think that you should expect an experienced instructor who can convey his or her passion for the underwater world. You should look forward to having fun whilst learning a new skill. You should count on a professional well-equipped dive centre with an excellent safety record. Coral Grand Divers can offer you all of this and much more.</p>
<p>Coral Grand Divers on Ko Tao has been awarded the prestigious PADI Gold Palm IDC Centre 5 Star Award and has also received a PADI award for contribution to the diving industry.</p>
<p>It is a PADI National Geographic Dive Centre, an award granted to progressive PADI dive centres whose appearance and customer service performance exceeds the norm for local dive businesses and is representative of the National Geographic brand.</p>
<p>We are also a Green Fins Dive Centre, a UN sponsored programme to encourage responsible and environmentally friendly diving.</p>
<p>We have modern air conditioned classrooms, as well as shaded open air teaching areas.</p>
<p>Our dive centre also boasts a full retail store.</p>
<h3>Our Staff</h3>
<p>At Coral Grand Divers, we have instructors who care, have a sense of humour and go the extra mile. Our instructors love what they do and it shows through their enthusiasm. We have dive staff of all ages, from all parts of the world.</p>
<p>Every fun diving trip includes your own personal underwater guide. Our divemasters have extensive experience of diving on Ko Tao, and will lead you effortlessly around the dive site and back to the boat. They’re on first name terms with the local aquatic inhabitants!</p>
<p>Our local boat crew are always in good spirits, friendly, and will bend over backwards to help you. It has been said on numerous occasions that the cheerfulness of the guys have really made people’s holidays.</p>
<h3>Equipment</h3>
<p>Every course includes top brand, proven equipment. It is ferociously maintained and serviced by our equipment guy, Angu, who has been with Coral Grand Divers since we laid our first paving stone. </p>
<p>Dave at <a href="http://www.aquatechkohtao.com" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">AquaTech</a> hydro-tests our tanks and ensures all nitrox and oxygen equipment is up to standard.</p>
<h3>Boats</h3>
<p>We boast the largest fleet of boats on the island - two large dive boats, a state of the art snorkel boat and a speed boat. A boat for every occasion!</p>
<h3>Small Group Sizes</h3>
<p>We haven’t had certain movies made about us because we’re at the forefront of safety procedures on the island. Our entire dive staff are DAN oxygen providers and first aid trained.</p>
<p>Small group sizes mean that you get the individual attention you need, whilst having a great laugh and making new friends.</p>
